WHO CAN JOIN THE PLUS PROGRAM?

Any independent foodservice operation with an active account in good standing with our member distributors may enroll. You may be qualified to enroll if you are the owner of the operation or you are authorized to make purchase decisions. Individuals within the operation may be associated with the account, but cannot enroll individually. Operators with special pricing arrangements, bid pricing or multi-unit accounts do not qualify for the PLUS Program. If you do not know if you or your operation qualifies, Contact our customer support team at support@brandpointsplus.ca and we will help you.

HOW CAN I JOIN?

To enroll in the PLUS program, simply click here. This will bring you to the enrollment page where you will be asked to complete a form with your foodservice operation and contact information.

CAN YOU MAIL ME A CATALOGUE OF THE REWARDS?

The PLUS Program is an online program. Rewards may be viewed and ordered at any time via the website. Keep in mind that rewards may be added or changed from time to time, so check back often.

When can I begin accumulating PLUS points?

Immediately. Purchases of qualifying products made on April 1, 2015 or later are eligible to earn points. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for points to be deposited.

How do I submit my purchases to earn points?

Once enrolled in the the PLUS Program, your proofs of purchase will be collected from our member distributors. Your monthly purchase history of qualifying products will be recorded so that the points can be automatically added to your account. Click here to view our complete Privacy Policy.

will my points expire?

Yes. Operators must be active customers of the Sponsor and will forfeit all points when they are no longer a customer of a distributor member in the program and/or have no qualifying purchase activity after 12 months.

Are points transferable?

No. Unexpired points will stay active in the original account to which they were deposited.

When can I redeem my Brand Points PLUS points for rewards?

You may redeem points at any time by clicking the Reward Yourself link throughout the year and using your PLUS Points.

How long does it take to get my rewards?

For rewards items found in our online catalogue, you can expect to receive your rewards within 4-6 weeks after placing an order. For custom orders, please allow up to 8 weeks.

How do I know how many points have been accumulated?

You may view your account information or call 1-888-277-2014 to check your account balance.

What is the process for placing a Brand Points PLUS rewards order?

For rewards items found in our online catalogue, you can expect to receive your rewards within 4-6 weeks after placing an order. For custom orders, please allow up to 8 weeks.

How long does it take to get my rewards?

You may click here to go to the “Rewards Catalogue” page. From there, you can browse the great rewards available to you and follow the simple process to redeem your PLUS Points.

I didn’t find what I was looking for in the BP+ Rewards Catalogue. 
What should I do?

Have a specific item in mind? Complete the Create Your Own Reward Form and we will do our best to accommodate you! To access this form, please log into your account and access our rewards catalogue by clicking on the Reward Yourself link. Then, type in “Create Your Own” in the search field and choose the Create Your Own Reward (Item: CA005617). Lastly, click on the Request An Item button, complete the form and click Submit Request. We will review and follow up with you providing the total points for the desired item before placing an order. Please allow up to 8 weeks for custom order deliveries.

What if the manufacturers’ product code numbers do not match the code numbers on the distributor reports or invoices?

Occasionally a distributor will assign a product code number that is different from the manufacturer’s code. If there is any question, ask your distributor for verification.

What if I have more than one foodservice operation?

For owners of more than one operation, or operations with more than one distributor account number, a consolidated PLUS Program account may be established. To set up your account, please contact the customer service team at support@brandpointsplus.ca Once a consolidated account is set up, qualifying purchases made under any additional distributor account numbers will be verified and all points earned will roll up to the primary account. Additional accounts added will receive points beginning with qualifying purchases made on or after their individual enrollment dates, regardless of when the primary account was enrolled. PLUS Points may be redeemed for any of the operations linked within the account. All linked accounts must be under the same ownership or operation.

HOW DOES PLUS CASH WORK?

PLUS Cash is part of the PLUS Program designed to reward restaurant owners for their ongoing support of our participating distributors. When you sign up for the program, every purchase you make of thousands of 
PLUS Cash participating national brand products will earn you cash rebates.

HOW DO I JOIN PLUS CASH?

Joining PLUS Cash is simple! Just complete the sign-up form to become a member. Once registered, you’ll start earning cash rebates with each qualifying purchase. We also encourage you to sign up for our PLUS Points at www.brandpointsplus.ca to earn points towards great rewards.

WHAT IF I AM ALREADY A PLUS PROGRAM MEMBER?

Good news! If you’re already a PLUS Program member, you can continue earning both points and cash rebates through our loyalty program. Simply sign up for the PLUS Cash rebate program here to earn cash rebates in addition to the points that you are currently earning towards great rewards.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PLUS CASH REBATES?

Once every quarter, we will send you a cheque with the cash rebates you have accumulated. This ensures that you can enjoy the cash rebates as a reward for your loyalty to the PLUS Program.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON EARNING OR REDEEMING PLUS CASH?

While we strive to make our loyalty program as rewarding as possible, there are terms and conditions associated with earning and redeeming cash rebates. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more detailed information.

IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN PLUS CASH?

No, joining PLUS Cash is completely free! We value your support and want to express our appreciation for your loyalty by offering PLUS Cash as a complementary benefit to our PLUS Program members.

WHICH BRANDS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PLUS CASH?

Our participating brands include thousands of products from over 350 brands, too numerous to list individually, all of which can earn you substantial rebates. Rest assured, you are likely already purchasing products from these brands today.
